Letter 11: The Garden of Grace

A single daisy stands tall in soft beach sand, surrounded by wispy grass, symbolizing purity, quiet strength, and grace rooted in stillness.

A single daisy stands upright in the soft sand beside wispy beach grass, its white petals and golden center glowing with quiet strength. The background is pale and serene, evoking a sense of stillness and solitude. This image symbolizes resilience, purity, and the beauty of standing firm in barren or desolate places—rooted in hope.

This is Letter 11 from Rescue Mission from Heaven. This letter is an invitation to rest, right in the middle of your weakness. You don’t have to strive for what Jesus already finished. Come sit in the garden of grace…And let him be enough for you.

The Garden of Grace

Where Mercy Grows and Shame Dies

Imagine a garden unlike any other—where the soil is tilled by mercy, where the seeds are sown by forgiveness, where every bloom is a testament to His unfailing love.

This is the Garden of Grace—a place where your past is covered, your sins are washed away, and your soul is nourished by

His kindness.

The world will tell you grace is earned.

That you have to work for it.

That you have to prove you’re worthy.

But Jesus says:

“My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9)

I’ve walked through gardens of shame, where weeds of guilt choked out every good thing. Where the enemy whispered lies about who I was. But then Jesus led me into His garden—and there, I found grace that silenced every accusation.

In this garden, you don’t have to strive.

You don’t have to earn your place.

You don’t have to prove you’re enough.

Because He is enough.

His blood paid the price.

His love covers every failing.

His grace grows where your strength ends.

Friend, if you’re weary, come and rest in this garden.

Let Him plant new life in you.

Let Him water you with His Word.

Let Him prune what needs to go, so that you can bloom in ways you never imagined.

Grace is the garden that never runs dry. It’s the lifeboat that keeps you afloat when the waves come.

It’s the promise that even in your weakness—He is strong.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, I’ve tried to earn what You’ve already given. I’m tired of striving. Lead me into Your garden of grace. Let Your love cover every broken place in me. Teach me to rest in Your mercy and to bloom in Your presence. Amen.

Action Step:

Write down one area of your life where you’re striving for approval or perfection. Surrender it to Jesus today, and let Him cover it with His grace.
