Letter 31: The Great Deception — When the Counterfeit Lifeboats Promise Safety

This is Letter 31 from Rescue Mission from Heaven.
It’s a warning letter—bold and urgent—for a world hungry for peace but reaching for the wrong lifeboats. Let this truth wake you up and anchor you in the only real rescue: Jesus.

THE GREAT DECEPTION
When the Counterfeit Lifeboats Promise Safety

The world is hungry for answers.
Hungry for peace.
Hungry for hope.

And the enemy is ready with his lies—offering counterfeit lifeboats that promise safety but sink in the flood.

“For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” (Matthew 24:24)

The Great Deception is here.
Voices saying, “You can have Jesus and the world.”

But Jesus said,

“No one can serve two masters.” (Matthew 6:24)

Every counterfeit lifeboat will sink—
and only one Lifeboat will remain: Jesus.

“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)

I’ve seen the deception. I’ve heard the lies.
But every time I remember:

Only Jesus saves.
Only Jesus stands.
Only Jesus is the truth that sets us free.

Friend, don’t be deceived.
Don’t trade the Lifeboat for a lie.

Hold on to the truth—even when it costs you everything.
Because in the end, when the flood comes, only the truth stands.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, open my eyes to the lies around me.
Give me discernment to know Your voice and the courage to follow You alone.
Keep me from every counterfeit—and hold me fast in Your truth. Amen.

Action Step:

Ask Jesus to show you one area in your life where the enemy might be trying to deceive you.
Surrender it to Him and choose His truth today.
