Letter 37: The Midnight Cry, Be Ready

This is Letter 37 from Rescue Mission from Heaven.
If you’ve felt the urgency in the air, the nearness of something big… this letter is for you.
Don’t wait for the midnight cry. Get ready now.

THE MIDNIGHT CRY, BE READY
When the Bridegroom Calls

Jesus warned us:

“At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’” (Matthew 25:6)

The midnight cry is coming.
The lifeboat door is about to close.
And only those who are ready—
who know Him,
who love Him,
who have oil in their lamps—
will be taken in the twinkling of an eye.

Be ready.
Live ready.
Because Jesus is coming—
and He’s coming at a time when the world least expects it.

“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know the day or the hour.” (Matthew 25:13)

I don’t want to miss His voice when He calls.
I want to be ready—
watching,
praying,
waiting,
holding the lifeboat rope tight.

Friend, the time is short.
The storm is rising.
The counterfeit lifeboats are filling fast.
But there’s only one lifeboat that leads home—
and Jesus is the One who calls you aboard.

Don’t wait.
Don’t think you have more time.
Because the midnight cry is coming—
and when it does,
there will be no more time to get ready.

Prayer:

Lord Jesus, help me to be ready. Wake me up from my sleep.
Fill my lamp with Your oil. Keep my eyes fixed on You—and help me hear Your voice when You call. Amen.

Action Step:

Examine your heart today.
Is there any area where you’re asleep or distracted?
Surrender it to Jesus now—and ask Him to keep you ready for the midnight cry.
